Wednesday scent of the day 9/10 :: Now Smell This

It’s Wednesday and National TV Dinner Day. Birthdays today: Elsa Schiaparelli, Karl Lagerfeld, José Feliciano, Colin Firth. What fragrance are you wearing?

I’m in Frederic Malle Le Parfum de Thérèse for Damson (and because allo mentioned it last week). It’s a simple name match…it does not smell purple to me at all. 

Reminder: on 9/12, wear a fragrance that evokes one of Pantone’s picks for the Autumn/Winter 2025/2026 NYFW Color Palette. (If you like, click through to the article and pick your fragrance based on the color name or description rather than the color itself, as in “Damson is an intense purple whose contemporary glamour conjures a dramatically vintage feel” or “Cozy and comforting, Hot Chocolate summons thoughts of decadent indulgence and deliciousness”, etc.)
